Located across from the beach in Aptos, Venus Pie Trap is a new venture from Venus Spirits. Proudly partnered with Companion Bakery and Laundromat Bagels, along with local coffee roasters, 11th hour coffee. Sean Venus, who is originally from Connecticut, has based the pizza program on New Haven style pizza. The menu includes Venus’ interpretation of iconic New Haven pies like the tomato pie and the clam & garlic pie. Now serving delicious sweet pies and savory hand pies, made in house by our pastry chef, Nicole Sanchez.
